DANIELLE & PETER
Danielle Werner and Peter Getchell are proof-postitive that hard work pays off.  With the help of a fabulous event planner, the two managed to plan a wedding that will go down in history as perfectly preppy chic - from their Getchell Gazette wedding newsletter to their spectacularly elegant ballroom reception.

Danielle and Peter wanted to combine the casual conservativeness of the Newport sailing community, with the traditional elegance of a Rosecliff Mansion wedding. Their color palette was set to the classically preppy shades of soft to medium pinks and apple green.  Danielle's lush and elegant bridal bouquet was filled with Pierre garden roses with buds, white stephanotis, pink Majolica roses, and pale Finesse roses.  To highlight the bouquet, we darned the blossoms with a mix of Swaroski crystals.  The ballroom came alive with alternating high and low centerpieces, arranged in crystal vases, abundant with pink hydrangea, roses, lisianthus, folded Thai leaves and dripping amaranthus.

“Where do I begin... The flowers at our wedding were the most breathtaking floral creations we have ever seen. My bouquet was beyond what I could have dreamed. Elegant, sophisticated, exquisite and classy are just the beginning of the list of words used when talking about the flowers at our wedding. We also have to thank you for your professionalism and personal attention to every detail!” —Danielle & Peter
